The D9952 is a direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) with a built-in 14-bit DAC (digital-to-analog converter), operating at speeds up to 400 MSPS. It uses advanced DDS technology and features a built-in high-speed, high-performance DAC, forming a fully digitally programmable high-frequency synthesizer capable of generating a frequency steep analog output sine wave up to 200 MHz. This device is specifically designed to provide fast frequency hopping and precise tuning resolution (32-bit frequency tuning words). Both the frequency tuning word and the control word are loaded into the device via serial I/O ports. The rated operating temperature range is −40°C to +105°C, extending the industrial temperature range.
