ADA4661-2 18 V, precision, 725 μA, 4 MHZ, CMOS rail-to-rail input/output op amp
The ADA4661-2 is a two-channel, precision, rail-to-rail input/output amplifier optimized for low power, high bandwidth, and wide operating supply voltage range applications.
The ADA4661-2 is guaranteed to have rated performance at supply voltages of 3.0 V, 10 V, and 18 V. The device is ideal for 3.3 V, 5 V, 10 V, 12 V, and 15 V single supply and ± 2.5 V, ±, and ±5 V dual supply applications. It uses Analog Devices' patented DigiTrim® tuning technology with very low offset voltage. In addition, the ADA4661-2's unique design architecture enables the device to operate in the −VSY + 1.5 V to +VSY − 1.5 V common mode voltage range with excellent supply rejection, common mode rejection, and offset voltage performance.
The ADA4661-2 is rated for an extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C and is available in an 8-pin MSOP package and an 8-pin LFCSP (3 mm × 3 mm) package.
