ADA4661-2 18 V, PRECISION, 725 μA, 4 MHZ, CMOS Rail-to-Rail Input Output Op Amp
The ADA4661-2 is a dual, precision, rail-to-rail input/output amplifier optimized for low power, high bandwidth, and wide operating supply voltage range applications.
The ADA4661-2 is guaranteed to be rated at supply voltages of 3.0 V, 10 V, and 18 V. The device is ideal for single supplies of 3.3 V, 5 V, 10 V, 12 V, and 15 V, as well as dual ± 2.5 V, ±3.3 V, and ±5 V applications. It uses Analog Devices' patented DigiTrim® trim technique with very low offset voltage. In addition, the unique design architecture of the ADA4661-2 allows the device to operate at −VSY+1.5 V to +VSY− Excellent power supply rejection, common-mode rejection, and offset voltage performance over a common-mode voltage range of 1.5 V.
The ADA4661-2 is specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C and is available in 8-lead MSOP and 8-lead LFCSP (3 mm × 3 mm) packages.
