ADA4856-3YCPZ-R2 is a single-supply, high-speed, +2-fixed-gain, rail-to-rail output video amplifier
The ADA4856-3 (triple) is a fixed-gain +2, single-supply-powered, rail-to-rail output video amplifier. The amplifier delivers excellent video performance, achieving a bandwidth of −3 dB at 225 MHz, a slew rate of 800 V/μs, and a flatness of 0.1 dB at 74 MHz at a load of 150 Ω. It has a wide input common-mode voltage range, ranging from 0.2 V below ground level to 1 V below the positive rail. In addition, the output voltage swing is controlled to within 200 mV from any supply, making it easy to use with a single supply voltage as low as 3.3 V.
While delivering up to 52mA of load current, the ADA4856-3 has a typical low current of 7.8mA per pass. For energy-efficient applications, the amplifier also offers a power-saving feature that reduces the supply current to 1mA.
The ADA4856-3 is available in a 16-pin LFCSP package and is rated for an extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +105°C.
