The ADA4856-3YCPZ-R2 single-supply, high speed, fixed gain +2, rail-to-rail output video amplifier
The ADA4856-3 (triple) is a fixed gain +2, single-supply, rail-to-rail output video amplifier. The amplifier offers excellent video performance with −3 dB bandwidth of 225 MHz, slew rate of 800 V/μs, and 0.1 dB flatness of 74 MHz at 150 Ω. Its wide input common-mode voltage range covers a range of 0.2 V below ground to 1 V below the positive rail. In addition, the output voltage swings within 200 mV of either supply, making the amplifier convenient for use with single supply voltages as low as 3.3 V.
While delivering up to 52mA of load current, the ADA4856-3 typically operates 7.8mA per low current supply. For power-saving applications, the amplifier also offers a power-down feature that reduces supply current to 1mA.
The ADA4856-3 is available in a 16-lead LFCSP package and is specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +105°C.
