The ADA4858-3ACPZ-R7 single-supply, high speed, triple op amp with internal charge pump

The ADA4858-3 (triple) is a single-supply, high speed current feedback amplifier with an integrated charge pump that eliminates the need for a negative supply to output negative voltages or 0 V levels for video applications. The −3 dB bandwidth of 600 MHz and slew rate of 600 V/μs make this amplifier ideal for many high-speed applications. In addition, 0.1 dB flatness of 85 MHz (G = 2), differential gain and 0.02° differential gain and 0.02° when driving a 150 Ω load, respectively, make it an excellent choice for professional and consumer video applications.

      

This triple op amp is designed to operate from a 3.3 V to 5 V supply with a total quiescent current of only 42 mA, including current drawn by the charge pump. It is power-saving and reduces total supply current to 2.5 mA when not in use, further reducing power consumption. Even in power-down mode, a charge pump can be used to power external devices. A maximum of 50 mA of output current is provided at −3 V for external use. The amplifier also has a wide input common-mode voltage range; When operating from a 5 V supply, the input range is 1.8 V below ground to 1.2 V below the positive rail.

The ADA4858-3 is available in a 16-lead LFCSP package and is designed to operate over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +105°C.
