ADA4859-3ACP-EBZ Single Supply, Fixed Gain G = 2, High-Speed Video Amplifier with Built-in Charge Pump
The ADA4859-3 (3 channels) is a single-supply, high-speed current feedback amplifier with an integrated charge pump that can output negative voltage or 0 V level without the need for a negative supply for video applications. The large signal −3 dB bandwidth of 195 MHz, fixed gain2, and 740 V/μs slew rate make this amplifier ideal for high-resolution professional and consumer video applications. The amplifier also has a wide input common-mode voltage range; When powered from a 5 V supply, the input range is from 1.8 V below ground to 1.2 V below the main rail.
This three-channel video amplifier is designed to operate from a 3.3 V to 5 V supply with a total quiescent current of only 38 mA, including current drawn by the charge pump. It is power-saving and can reduce the total supply current to 2 mA when not in use, further reducing power consumption. Even in power-saving mode, a charge pump can be used to power external devices. Provides a maximum output current of 50 mA at −3 V for external use.
The ADA4858-3 is available in a 16-pin LFCSP package and is designed to operate over an industrial temperature range of −40°C to +105°C.
