ADA4860-1YRJZ-RL7 high-speed, low-cost op amp
The ADA4860-1 is a low-cost, high-speed, current-feedback op amp with excellent overall performance. The -3 dB bandwidth of 800 MHz and the slew rate of 790 V/μs make this amplifier ideal for many high-speed applications. The amplifier's low cost, excellent differential gain (0.02%) and differential phase (0.02°), and 0.1 dB flatness at 125 MHz make it ideal for consumer video and professional video applications.
The ADA4860-1 is designed to operate from a +5 V to ±5 V supply with a supply current of 6 mA. It also features power saving features that reduce the supply current to 0.25 mA, further reducing power consumption.
The ADA4860-1 is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package and is designed to operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
