ADA4861-3YRZ-RL7 high-speed, low-cost, three-channel op-amp
The ADA4861-3 is a low-cost, high-speed, current-feedback, three-channel operational amplifier with excellent overall performance. The -3 dB bandwidth of 730 MHz and the 625 V/μs slew rate make this amplifier ideal for many high-speed applications. The amplifier's low cost, excellent differential gain (0.01%) and differential phase (0.02°), and 0.1 dB flatness at 100 MHz make it ideal for consumer video and professional video applications.
The ADA4861-3 is designed to operate from a +5 V to ±5 V supply with a supply current of only 6 mA per amplifier. Each amplifier is power-saving and can reduce the supply current to 0.3 mA when not in use, further reducing power consumption.
The ADA4861-3 is available in a 14-pin SOIC package and is designed to operate over an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
