The ADA4895-1 low power, 1NV/√Hz, G ≥ 10 stable, rail-to-rail output amplifier
The ADA4895-1 is a G ≥ 10 stable, single, high speed voltage feedback amplifier with low input noise, rail-to-rail output with 3 mA quiescent current per amplifier. With 1/f noise of 2 nV/√Hz (10 Hz) and spurious-free dynamic range of -72 dBc (2 MHz), it is an ideal solution for a variety of applications such as ultrasound, low-noise preamplifiers, and high-performance ADC drivers. It is Analog Devices' proprietary next-generation SiGe bipolar process and innovative architecture that enable such high performance amplifiers.
The ADA4895-1 has a large signal bandwidth of 146 MHz at a gain of +10, a slew rate of 943 V/μs, and a 0.1% settling time of 22 ns. It has a wide operating voltage range (3 V to 10 V), making it ideal for systems requiring high dynamic range, high gain, high accuracy, and high speed.
The ADA4895-1 is available in an 8-lead SOIC package and a 6-lead SOT package and operates over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.
