2ADAS1131 56-channel current digital-to-digital converter (ADC) module

ADAS1131 is a 256-channel current digital-to-digital converter (ADC) module with 256 low-power, low-noise, low-input current integrators, synchronous sample hold, and two high-speed, high-resolution ADCs with configurable sample rates and up to 24-bit resolution. ADAS1131's signal chain and sampling architecture design ensures that all channels are sampled simultaneously and that no charge is lost during sampling.

All conversion channel results are output on a low-voltage differential signal (LVDS) self-clock serial interface, reducing external hardware.

The SPI-compatible serial interface enables ADCs to be configured with SDI_x inputs. SDO_x output allows users to daisy-chain several ADCs to a three-wire bus. ADAS1131 uses an independent power supply IOVDD to reduce the impact of digital noise during conversion.
