ADAS3023BCPZ 8-channel 16-bit synchronous sampling data acquisition system
ADAS3023 is a complete 16-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter data acquisition system. The device is capable of simultaneous sampling of dual channels at up to 500 kSPS, four channels at 250 kSPS, six channels at 167 kSPS, and eight channels at 125 kSPS. Manufactured using ADI's patented iCMOS® high-voltage industrial process technology.
ADAS3023 integrates an 8-channel, low-leakage, sample-hold, programmable gain instrumentation amplifier (PGIA) stage with high common-mode rejection, providing four differential input ranges, a precision low-drift 4.096 V reference and buffer, and a 16-bit charge-redistribution successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). When using a ± 15 V supply, the differential input range ADAS3023 can be resolved up to ±20.48 V.
ADAS3023 simplifies design challenges by eliminating signal buffering, level shifting, amplification/attenuation, common-mode rejection, and settling time, as well as other analog signal conditioning challenges, while achieving smaller size, shorter time to market, and lower cost.
ADAS3023 factory calibrated and rated for temperatures ranging from −40°C to +85°C.
