illustrate
ADC082S021 is a low-power, dual-channel CMOS high-speed serial interface 8-bit analog-to-digital converter. Unlike the conventional practice, which specifies performance at a single sample rate, ADC082S021 is to fully specify a sample rate range of 200 ksps over 50 ksps. The converter is based on successive approximation register structures with internal track and hold circuitry. It can be configured to accept one or both input signals for IN1 and IN2.
Serial data output is binary and compatible with several standard SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE, and many common DSP serial interfaces, such as:
ADC082S021 operation and single supply can range from +2.7 V to +5.25 V. The power consumption for +3 V or +5 V power supply under normal use is 1.6 MW and 5.8 MW, respectively. The power-down function reduces power consumption by only 0.12μW and is powered by +3 V or +5 V supply by 0.35μW.
ADC082S021 is packaged in an 8-pin MSOP package. Guaranteed industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C above operation.
