ADC088S052 is a low-power, 8-channel 8-bit CMOS analog-to-digital converter with a conversion throughput rate of 200 ksps to 500 ksps specifications. The converter is based on a successive approximation register structure of an internal track and hold circuit. It can be configured to accept input IN0 via IN7 8 input signals.

Serial data output binary is compatible with multiple standards, such as SPI, QSPI ™ ，MICROWIRE ™ Serial interface with many common DSPs.

ADC088S052 may be operating separate analog and digital power supplies. The analog power supply (V) can range from +2.7 V to +5.25 V and the digital power supply (V D) can range from +2.7 V to V A. The power consumption of a +3 V or +5 V supply is 1.2 megawatts and 6.5 megawatts, respectively. The power-off function reduces power consumption to 0.03μW using +3 V power supply and 0.15μW using +5 V power supply.

ADC088S052 is packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP package. Guaranteed operation in an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
