ADC08L060 is a low-power, 8-bit, monolithic analog-to-digital converter for on-chip track-and-hold circuits. Optimized for low cost, low power consumption, small size and ease of use, the product works at a conversion rate of 10 MSPS to 60 MSPS The time-consuming clock frequency is only 0.65 mW/Mhertz, or 39 megawatts at 60 MSPS. Increasing the ADC08L060 of PD pin down mode, it consumes about the power supply 1 milliwatt 。

The unique architecture reaches 7.6 significant bits. ADC08L060 is anti-latching and output short-circuit protection. The ADC08L060s refers to the connection at the top and bottom of the ladder, enabling a wide range of input possibilities. A separate output power pin supports 1.8V with a 3V logic interface and is a TTL/CMOS compatible digital output. The output encoding is binary and the digital inputs (CLK and PD) are TTL/CMOS compatible.

The ADC08L060 is to provide a 24-pin plastic package (TSSOP) with a specified industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
