The ADC08L060 is a low-power, 8-bit, on-chip track-and-hold circuit-on-chip monolithic analog-to-digital converter. Low cost, low power consumption, small size and ease of use are optimized, the product works at conversion rates of 10 MSPS to 60 MSPS The time-consuming clock frequency is only 0.65 milliwatts per megahertz, or 39 megawatts at 60 MSPS. Raise the ADC08L060 in PD pin drop mode, which consumes approximately to the power supply 1 mW

The unique architecture achieves 7.6 significant bits. The ADC08L060 is anti-latch-up and output short-circuit protected. The ADC08L060s reference ladder is connected at the top and bottom, enabling a wide range of input possibilities. A separate output supply pin supports 1.8V with a 3V logic interface and is TTL/CMOS compatible digital output. The output encoding is a binary digital input (CLK and PD) that is TTL/CMOS compatible.

The ADC08L060 is available in a 24-lead plastic package (TSSOP) specified over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
