The ADC088S102 is a low-power, eight-channel CMOS 8-bit analog-to-digital converter with a throughput of 500 ksps and a 1 MSPS slew rate specified. The converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with internal sampling and hold circuitry. It can be configured to accept input IN0 to eight input signals through IN7 when registered.

The ADC088S102 analog and digital power supplies that can be operated independently. The analog power supply (V A) can range from +2.7 V to +5.25 V and the digital power supply (V D) can range from 2.7 V to V A. Normal power consumption is 1.8 mW and 8.0 mW using a +3 V or +5 V power supply, respectively. Power-down function reduces power consumption to 0.03 μW using a +3 V supply and 0.15 microwatts using a +5 V supply.

The ADC088S102 is packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP package. Works with an extended -40°C industrial temperature range of 105°C guaranteed.
