The ADC121S051 is a low-power, single-channel CMOS 12-bit analog-to-digital with high-speed serial interface converter. The difference is that specifying a single sample rate performance is only a conventional practice, which is to fully specify a sample rate range ADC121S051 more than 200 ksps 500 ksps 。 The converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with internal sampling and hold circuitry.

Serial data output is direct binary and is compatible with several standards, such as SPI™, QSPI ™, MICROWIRE and many common DSP serial interfaces.

The ADC121S051 works with a single supply and can range from +2.7 V to +5.25 V Normal power consumption uses a 3.6 V or +5.25 V supply voltage of 1.7 mW and 8.7 mW, respectively. The power-down function reduces power consumption to as low as 2.6 microwatts and is powered from a +5.25 V supply.

Packaged in ADC121S051 6-pin LLP and SOT-23 packages. Guaranteed to operate at -40°C industrial temperature range of 85°C.
