The ADC104S051 is a low-power, four-channel high-speed serial interface CMOS 10-bit analog-to-digital converter. The difference is that specifying a single sample rate performance is only a conventional practice, which is fully specified ADC104S051 the sample rate range is 500 ksps for more than 200 ksps. The converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with internal sampling and hold circuitry. It can be configured to accept signals from IN1 to four inputs via input 4.

Serial data output is direct binary and is compatible with several standards such as SPI™, QSPI ™, MICROWIRE, and many common DSP serial interfaces.

The ADC104S051 works, with a single supply supply, which can range from +2.7 V to +5.25 V Normal power consumption is 2.7 mW and 8.6 mW using a +3 V or +5 V supply, respectively. The power-down function reduces power consumption by only 0.12 microwatts and is powered from a +3 V supply or 0.47 microwatts from a +5 V supply.

The ADC104S051 is packaged in a 10-pin MSOP package. Guaranteed to operate at -40°C industrial temperature range of 85°C.
