The ADC108S022 is a low-power, eight-channel CMOS with a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter with a throughput of 50 ksps and a conversion rate of 200 ksps specified. The converter is based on successive approximation register architecture with internal sampling and hold circuitry. It can be configured to accept 8 input signals through IN0 through IN7.

The output serial data is standard binary and is compatible with several standards such as SPI, QSPI ™ ，MICROWIRE ™ and many common DSP serial interfaces.

The ADC108S022 can work with independent analog and digital power supplies. Analog power supplies (V A) range from +2.7 V to +5.25 V and digital power supplies (V D) can range from +2.7 V to V A. Normal power consumption using +3 V or +5 V power supplies is 1.1 mW and 6.4 megawatts. The power-down function reduces power consumption by using a +3 V supply at 0.09μW and a +5 V supply at 0.3μW.

The ADC108S022 is packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP package. In extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C guaranteed.
