The ADC10D020 is a dual low-power, high-performance CMOS analog-to-digital converter that digitizes signals with a sampling rate of up to 30 MSPS at 10-bit resolution, while a power consumption of 150 mW is typically powered from a single 3.0V supply. No loss of coding is guaranteed over the entire operating temperature range. The unique building reaches 9.5 in two stages, with the entire Nyquist sampling rate in the effective bit of the 20 MHz band. The formatted output offset binary or complement of two and the choice of two gain settings simplify the interface of many systems. It also allows for great flexibility with a selectable 10-bit multi-channel or 20-bit parallel output mode. Offset correction dysfunction error is minimized.
