The ADC10D020 is a dual low power, high performance CMOS analog-to-digital converter that digitizes signals with 10-bit resolution at sample rates up to 30 MSPS, while consuming 150 milliwatts from a typical single 3.0V supply. No loss of code is guaranteed over the entire operating temperature range. The unique building reaches 9.5 in two stages, with significant bits throughout the Nyquist sampling rate in the 20 MHz band. The choice of formatted output offset binary or two complement and two gain setting options simplifies the interface of many systems. It also allows for great flexibility and is a selectable 10-bit multiplexed or 20-bit parallel output mode. Offset correction dysfunction error minimization.

To simplify the interface with most low-voltage systems, the ADC10D020 of the digital output supply pin can be connected to a separate 1.5V to 3.6V supply voltage, making the output compatible with other low-voltage systems.
