The ADC1175 is a low power, 20 Msps analog-to-digital signal converter that digitizes 8 bits while consuming only 60 milliwatts of power (typical). The ADC1175 uses a unique architecture of 7.5 significant bits. The output format is direct binary encoding.

The excellent DC and AC features of this device, combined with low power consumption and a single +5 V supply, make it ideal for a wide range of video, imaging and communications applications, including portable devices. In addition, the ADC1175 is anti-latch-up and output short-circuit protected. At the top and reference bottom layer of the ADC1175 are connections available, enabling the possibility of a wide range of inputs.

The ADC1175 uses TSSOP. It is designed to operate over a commercial temperature range of -20°C to +75°C
