ADC11DV200 is a monolithic analog-to-digital converter with the ability to convert two analog input signals into 11-bit numbers at a rate of up to 200 megasamples per second (MSPS). Digital output modes are selectable and can be differential LVDS or CMOS signals. The converter uses a differential pipelined architecture with digital error correction and on-chip sample-and-hold circuitry to minimize dead volume and power dissipation while providing excellent power performance. A unique sample-and-hold stage yields a full power bandwidth of 900MHz. Manufacturing in the core CMOS process, ADC11DV200 It may be operated from a single 1.8V supply. ADC11DV200 The Nyquist achieves approximately 10.06 significant bits and consumes 200 MSPS in CMOS mode 450MW LVDS mode and 170 MSPS in 280mW. By reducing the sample rate, the power consumption can be further reduced.
