The ADC12010 is a monolithic CMOS analog-to-digital converter that converts 12-bit digits into 10 words per second (MSPS) with the lowest megasamples analog input signals. The converter utilizes a differential pipeline architecture with digital error correction and an on-chip sampling and holding circuit that minimizes while delivering superior power performance chip size and power consumption. Powered from a single 5V supply, the device consumes only 160 milliwatts at 10 MSPS, including the reference current. The power-down function reduces power consumption by 25 milliwatts.

The differential input provides a comprehensive input swing equal to the possibility of the end of the 2V input number with a single. Full differential input, best performance is recommended. For ease of use, a chip processing circuit on the conversion of a buffered, high-impedance, single-ended reference input is used by a differential reference. The output data format is 12-bit offset binary.

This device is available in a 32-pin LQFP package and will operate from a -40°C industrial temperature range to +85°C
