These converters are low-power, monolithic, 12-bit, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that operate from 2.7 to 5.5V supplies. The converter is based on successive approximation internal track-and-hold circuitry that can handle register structures with input frequencies up to 11MHz. These converters operate from a single supply and are also used as a reference.
