The ADC121S655 is a 12-bit, 200 ksps, 500 ksps sampled analog-to-digital (A/D converter) converter with a fully differential high impedance analog input and an external reference. From 1.0V to V,correspondingA is divided into 4096 resolutions of 244μV and VbetweenThe reference voltages can be varied.

THE OUTPUT SERIAL DATA IS BINARY 2 COMPLEMENT AND IS COMPATIBLE WITH SEVERAL STANDARD SPI, QSPI,™ MICROWIRE™,™ AND MANY COMMON DSP SERIAL INTERFACES. Differential input, low power consumption, and small size, ideal for connecting sensors directly to the ADC121S655 in battery-powered systems or remote data acquisition applications.

Operating from a single 5V supply with a supply current of 500 ksps, typically 1.8 mA. The supply current drops to 0.3μA, and a typical ADC121S655 enters power-down mode. ADC121S655 MSOP - 8 package. Operation is guaranteed over the industrial temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C and clock rates of 3.2 MHz to 8 MHz.
