The ADC128D818 I 2 Comet ™ system monitor is designed for maximum flexibility. The system monitor can be configured as single-ended and/or pseudo-differential inputs. The temperature sensor on the board, watchdog window comparator and an interrupt pin^ interpretation, allow simple monitoring and alarm of each channel range. A complete solution that provides a high-performance internal reference even under the most difficult operating conditions.
The ADC128D818 has a 12-bit delta-sigma ADC that supports both standard mode (SM, 100 kbits/s) and fast mode (FM, 400 kbits/s) 2 C interface. The ADC128D818 includes sequencers to control the microprocessor to easily retrieve independent registers, channels, and store conversion results. Unused channels that are closed can be isolated to save power.
The ADC can use an internal 2.56V reference or an external reference for a variable. An analog filter is provided by my 2C digital control line, which improves noise immunity. The device also includes a reset function for SDA and SCL timeouts to prevent me from locking the 2 C-bus.
The ADC128D818 operates from a supply voltage range of 3.0 to +5.5 V, a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, and the device is available in a 16-lead TSSOP package.
