The ADC128S022 is a low-power, eight-channel CMOS 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a specified throughput of 50 ksps with a slew rate of 200 ksps. The converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with internal sampling and hold circuitry. It can be configured to accept input IN0 to eight input signals through IN7 when registered.

The ADC128S022 analog and digital power supplies that can be operated independently. The analog power supply (V A) can range from +2.7 V to +5.25 V and the digital power supply (V D) can range from 2.7 V to V A. Normal power consumption using +3 V or +5 V power supplies is 1.2 megawatts and 7.5 megawatts, respectively. The power-down function reduces power consumption by 0.06 microwatts and is powered by a +3 V supply and a +5 V supply of 0.25 microwatts.

The ADC128S022 is packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP package. Works with an extended -40°C industrial temperature range of 105°C guaranteed.
