The ADC128S102 is a low-power, eight-channel CMOS 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a conversion rate of 500 ksps and a throughput of 1 MSPS. The converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with internal sampling and hold circuitry. It can be configured to accept input IN0 to eight input signals through IN7 when registered.

Serial data output and compatible with several direct binary standards such as SPI, QSPI ™ , MICROWIRE ™ and many common DSP serial interfaces.

The ADC128S102 analog and digital power supplies that can be operated independently. The analog power supply (V A) can range from +2.7 V to +5.25 V and the digital power supply (V D) can range from 2.7 V to V A. Normal power consumption is 2.3 mW and 10.7 mW using a +3 V or +5 V supply, respectively. The power-down function reduces power consumption by 0.06 microwatts and is powered by a +3 V supply and a +5 V supply of 0.25 microwatts.

The ADC128S102 package is housed in a 16-pin TSSOP package. Works with an extended -40°C industrial temperature range of 105°C guaranteed.
