ADC12EU050 is a 12-bit, ultra-low-power, octal A/D converter used in high-performance analog-to-digital applications. ADC12EU050 uses an innovative continuous-time sigma-delta architecture to provide ultra-low power consumption and alias-free sample bandwidth of up to 25MHz. Each channel's input stage employs a proprietary system to ensure instantaneous recovery from overload. Guaranteed instant overload recovery (IOR) with no memory effect to eliminate errors generated by the input signal in the phase range. “ ADC12EU050 Reduces the complexity of providing industry-standard LVDS and SLVS mode interconnects using programmable serialized outputs. Only 50MSPS of 48MW of power consumption per channel provides a total of 384mW of chip power consumption. ADC12EU050 can operate entirely from a 1.2V supply, although a single output up to 1.8V drive power supply can be used. The device has an operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C and is supplied in a 10×10 mm 2 68-pin package.
