The ADC161S626 is a 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) with a maximum sample rate of 250 ksps to analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The ADC161S626's ± 0.003% minimum signal across the temperate range is accurate -40 ° C〜 to +85°C.
