ADC78H90 is a low-power, 8-channel CMOS 500 ksps conversion throughput 12-bit analog-to-digital converter. The converter is based on successive approximation register structures with internal track and hold circuitry. It can be configured to accept input to AIN1 through eight input signals via AIN8.

The serial data output is binary and is compatible with several standard SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and many common DSP serial interfaces such as.

ADC78H90 may be independent analog and digital power operations. Analog power supplies (AV DD) range from +2.7 V to +5.25 V Digital power supplies (DV DD) can range from +2.7 V to AV DD. The power consumption for the +3 V or +5 V supply is 1.5 megawatts and 8.3 megawatts, respectively. The power-down function reduces power consumption by only 0.3μW and is powered by +3 V or +5 V supply by 0.5μW.

ADC78H90 is packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP package. Guaranteed industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C above operation.
