The ADCS7476, ADCS7477, and ADCS7478 are low-power, monolithic CMOS 12-, 10-, and 8-bit analog-to-digital converters that operate in 1 MSPS. The drop in the ADCS7476/77/78 is a replacement for the AD7476/77/78 for Analog Devices. Each device is based on a successive approximation internal sample-and-hold register structure. THE SERIAL INTERFACE IS COMPATIBLE WITH SEVERAL STANDARDS SUCH AS SPI™, QSPI ™, MICROWIRE ™, AND MANY GENERAL-PURPOSE DSP SERIAL INTERFACES.

The ADCS7476/77/78 are used as a reference supply voltage to provide the full 0 input range for operation and span of the device_reachV DD。 The slew rate is determined from the serial clock (SCLK) speed.
