ADG1411/ADG1412/ADG1413均为单芯片互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)器件,内置四个采用iCMOS®工艺设计的独立可选开关。iCMOS(工业CMOS)是一种模块式制造工艺,集高电压CMOS与双极性技术于一体。利用这种工艺,可以开发工作电压达33V的各种高性能模拟IC,并实现以往的高压器件所无法实现的尺寸。与采用传统CMOS工艺的模拟IC不同,iCMOS器件不但可以承受高电源电压,同时还能提升性能、大幅降低功耗并减小封装尺寸。

ADG1411/ADG1412/ADG1413 all have four independent single-pole-throw (SPST) switches built-in. The only difference between ADG1411 and ADG1412 is the opposite of digital control logic. The switch is turned on with logic 0 for the ADG1411 switch and logic 1 for the ADG1412 switch. ADG1413 has two switches with a similar digital control logic to ADG1411, but the control logic of the other two switches is the opposite. When switched on, the switches have the same conductivity in both directions, and the input signal range can be extended to the supply voltage range. Under disconnection conditions, the signal level to reach the supply voltage is blocked.
ADG1413 is a first-on-after-close switch for multiplexer applications. The design itself features low charge injection, allowing for minimal transients when switching digital inputs.
