Product Details:

ADG1436是一款单芯片CMOS器件，内置两个独立可选的Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) switch。LFCSP封装器件提供EN输入，用来使能或禁用器件。禁用时，所有通道均关断。接通时，各开关在两个方向的导电性能相同，输入信号范围可扩展至电源电压范围。在断开条件下，达到电源电压的信号电平被阻止。两个开关均为先开后合式，适合多路复用器应用。

ADG1436 designed using the iCMOS® process. iCMOS (Industrial CMOS) is a modular manufacturing process that combines high-voltage CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) with bipolar technology. This process enables the development of a wide range of high-performance analog ICs operating at voltages up to 33 V and sizes that were not possible with conventional high-voltage devices. Unlike analog ICs that use traditional CMOS processes, iCMOS devices can withstand high supply voltages while improving performance, significantly reducing power consumption, and reducing package size.

The on-resistance curve is very flat over the entire analog input range, ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion performance when switching audio signals. The iCMOS construction ensures very low power consumption, making the device ideal for portable battery-powered meters.
