ADG3247 is a 2.5 V or 3.3 V, 16-bit (dual 8-bit), 2-port digital switch manufactured on a low-voltage CMOS process with low power consumption, high switching speed, and very low on-resistance. The input can be connected to the output without incurring additional propagation delays or additional ground bounce noise.
These switches are enabled by bus enable () input signals. Under the condition of on, the digital switch can switch the signal in both directions. Under disconnection conditions, the signal level to reach the supply voltage is blocked. This device is ideal for applications that require level translation. When powered from a 3.3 V supply, the 3.3 V input level can be converted to a 2.5 V output level. Similarly, if the device is powered from a 2.5 V supply and a 2.5 V input is applied, the device will be converted to a 1.8 V output. In addition, the device includes a level-shifted selection pin(). When low, VCC is internally lowered, allowing the 3.3V input level to be converted to a 1.8V output level. This makes the device suitable for applications that require level conversion between different power supplies, such as the adapter interfacing with the DSP
