Level Converter,可用于多电压数字系统,如低压DSP/控制器与高压器件之间的数据传输等。该器件的内部结构允许执行双向逻辑电平转换,且无需借助额外的信号来设置转换方向。
The voltage applied to the VCCA sets the logic level on the A side of the device, while the VCCY sets the logic level on the Y side. To ensure proper operation, the VCCA must always be below VCCY. VCCA-compatible logic signals applied to pin A appear at VCCY-compatible levels at pin Y. Similarly, the VCCY-compatible logic level applied to the Y pin appears as a VCCA-compatible logic level on the A pin.
The enable pin (EN) provides a three-state operation mode for both A-side and Y-terminal pins. When the device enables pins are pulled down, the pins at both ends are in a high impedance state. The EN pin is based on the VCCA supply voltage and is driven high in normal operating mode.
ADG3301 is available in a compact 6-pin SC70 package and has a guaranteed operating voltage range of 1.15 V to 5.5 V and an operating temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
