Product details

ADG465是一款单通道保护器，采用SOT-23封装。它与信号路径串联，无论电源是否存在，都能够保护敏感器件不受信号路径中电压瞬变的影响。由于通道保护器独立于电源工作，因此非常适合在无法保证电源时序始终正确的应用中保护模拟输入（例如热插拔机架系统）。数据手册的“应用”部分对此有详细论述，并提供了一些示例电路。

ADG465既可以采用双极性电源供电，也可以采用单极性电源供电。电源接通时，通道开启（常态）；电源断开时，通道关断。当电源为±15 V时，ADG465的导通电阻典型值为80 Ω，泄漏电流最大值为±1 nA。当电源断开时，输入泄漏电流典型值约为±5 nA。

ADG465提供6引脚塑封表贴SOT-23和8引脚mSOIC两种封装。
