Product Details:

ADG467是一款Eight-channel protector。通道保护器与信号路径串联放置。无论电源是否存在，通道保护器都可以保护敏感元器件不受信号路径中电压瞬变的影响。由于通道保护器独立于电源工作，因此非常适合在无法保证电源时序始终正确的应用（如热插拔机架系统）中保护模拟输入。数据手册的“应用”部分对此有详细论述，并提供了一些示例电路。

The ADG467 can be powered from both a bipolar or unipolar power supply. When the power is turned on, the channel is on (normal); When the power is disconnected, the channel is turned off. When the supply is ±15 V, the ADG467 has a typical on-resistance of 50 Ω and a maximum leakage current of ±1 nA. When the power supply is disconnected, the typical input leakage current is about ±5 nA.
