Product details

The ADG467 is oneEight-channel protector。 The channel protector is placed in series with the signal path. Channel protectors protect sensitive components from voltage transients in the signal path regardless of the presence or absence of a power supply. Because channel protectors operate independently of the power supply, they are ideal for protecting analog inputs in applications where the power supply timing is not always correct, such as hot-swappable rack systems. This is discussed in detail in the Applications section of the data sheet, with some example circuitry.

The ADG467 can operate from either bipolar or unipolar supplies. When the power is on, the channel is on (normal); When power is disconnected, the channel is turned off. When the supply is ±15 V,ADG467The on-resistance is typically 50 Ω and the leakage current is ±1 nA maximum. When the power supply is disconnected, the input leakage current is typically approximately ±5 nA.
