Product Details:

The ADG467 can be powered from both a bipolar or unipolar power supply. When the power is turned on, the channel is on (normal); When the power is disconnected, the channel is turned off. When the supply is ±15 V, the ADG467 has a typical on-resistance of 50 Ω and a maximum leakage current of ±1 nA. When the power supply is disconnected, the typical input leakage current is about ±5 nA.
