The ADG5236 is a monolithic CMOS device with two independently selectable single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches. The LFCSP package provides an EN input to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are shut down. When turned on, the switches conduct the same in both directions, and the input signal range extends to the supply voltage range. Under the disconnection condition, the signal level equal to the supply voltage is blocked. Both switches are open-before-close for multiplexer applications.
The ultra-low capacitance and charge injection characteristics of these switches make them an ideal solution for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications that require low surge and fast settling times. The fast switching speed and high signal bandwidth make the device suitable for video signal switching applications.

Product Focus
- Channel isolation prevents latch-up.
The dielectric channel separates the P-channel from the N-channel transistor, ensuring that latch-up does not occur even under severe overvoltage conditions.
- Ultra-low capacitance with charge injection of less than 1 pC.
- Dual-supply operation.
For bipolar analog signal applications,ADG5236Dual supplies up to ±22 V can be operated.
- Single-supply operation.
For unipolar analog signal applications,ADG5236It can be operated from a single-rail supply up to 40 V.
- 3 V 3 V logic compatible with digital inputs.
VINH = 2.0 V,VINL = 0.8 V。
- No V requiredLLogical power supply.
