ADG5401BRMZ

The ADG5401 is a monolithic industrial productCMOS analog switches, built-in anti-latch-up single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switch. When turned on, the switch conducts equally in both directions, and the input signal range can be extended to the supply voltage range. Under the disconnected condition, the signal level that reaches the supply voltage is prevented.

These switches feature ultra-low on-resistance and on-resistance flatness, making them ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications where low distortion performance is critical. The latch-up resistance and high ESD rating provide these switches for greater stability in harsh environments.

Product features 

1. Channel isolation prevents latch-up.
   The dielectric channel separates the P-channel from the N-channel transistor,
   Guaranteed no latch-up even under severe overvoltage conditions.
2. Low on-resistance R_ON。
3. Dual-supply operation. For bipolar analog signal applications,
   ADG5401Dual supplies up to ±22 V can be operated.
4. Single-supply operation. For unipolar analog applications, the ADG5401 can operate from a single-rail supply up to 40 V.
5. 3 V logic compatible digital input: V_INH = 2.0 V，V_INL = 0.8 V。
6. No V required_LLogical power supply.
7. Available in an 8-pin MSOP package.
