The ADG5421 is a monolithic industrial CMOS analog switch with two independent latch-up resistant single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switches. When turned on, the conductivity of each switch is the same in both directions, and the input signal range can be extended to the supply voltage range. Under the disconnected condition, the signal level that reaches the supply voltage is prevented. With a logic 1 input, both switches of the ADG5421 are turned on.
These switches feature ultra-low on-resistance and on-resistance flatness, making them ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications where low distortion performance is critical. The latch-up resistance and high ESD rating provide these switches for greater stability in harsh environments.
