ADG5421 is a single-chip industrial CMOS analog switch with two independent anti-latch single-pole single-throw (SPST) switches. When switched on, the switches have the same conductivity in both directions, and the input signal range can be extended to the supply voltage range. Under disconnection conditions, the signal level to reach the supply voltage is blocked. In the case of logic 1 input, both switches are ADG5421 on.
With ultra-low on-resistance and on-resistance flatness, these switches are ideal solutions for applications where low-distortion performance is critical for data acquisition and gain switching. The anti-latch construction and high ESD ratings provide these switches with improved stability in harsh environments.
