Product Details:

Both the ADG904 and ADG904-R are CMOS-based broadband analog 4:1 multiplexers with high isolation and low insertion loss over the range up to 1 GHz. The ADG904 is an absorption/matching multiplexer with 50 Ω terminated shunt pins; The ADG904-R is a reflective multiplexer. These devices are specifically designed to provide high isolation over the DC to 1 GHz frequency range.

Based on the address determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1, and EN, the ADG904 and ADG904-R switch one of the four inputs to the common output RFC. When the EN pin is logic 1, the device is disabled.

Both have on-chip CMOS control logic, eliminating the need for external control circuitry. The control inputs are compatible with both CMOS and LVTTL. These devices have low power consumption, making them ideal for wireless applications and general-purpose HF switching applications.
