Product Details:

ADG936/ADG936-R均为采用CMOS工艺制造的宽带模拟开关，包含两个独立可选的SPDT开关，在最高至1 GHz范围内具有高隔离、低插入损耗特性。ADG936是一款吸收式/匹配双SPDT开关，具有50 Ω端接分流引脚；ADG936-R为反射式双SPDT开关。这些器件经过专门设计，在DC至1 GHz频率范围内具有高隔离特性。二者均具有片内CMOS控制逻辑，无需外部控制电路。控制输入与 Both CMOS and LVTTL are compatible. These CMOS devices have low power consumption, making them ideal for wireless applications and general-purpose high-frequency switching applications.
