Product details

The ADG936/ADG936-R are wideband analog switches fabricated on a CMOS process that contain two independently selectable SPDT switches with high isolation and low insertion loss up to 1 GHz. The ADG936 is an absorption/matched dual SPDT switch with 50 Ω terminated shunt pins; The ADG936-R is a reflective dual SPDT switch. These devices are designed for high isolation from DC to 1 GHz. Both feature on-chip CMOS control logic, eliminating the need for external control circuitry. Control inputs and Both CMOS and LVTTL are compatible. The low power consumption of these CMOS devices makes them ideal for wireless applications and general-purpose high-frequency switching applications
