ADIS16003CCCZ

ADIS16003 is a complete low-cost, low-power, dual-axis accelerometer with an integrated serial peripheral interface (SPI). An integrated temperature sensor is also available on the SPI interface. The device has a full-scale acceleration measurement range of ±1.7 g (minimum) and can measure both dynamic acceleration (vibration) and static acceleration (gravity).

The typical noise floor is 110 μg/√ Hz, allowing for the resolution of signals below 1 mg (60 Hz bandwidth).

The accelerometer has a bandwidth with optional capacitor CX and CY settings on the XFILT and YFILT pins. Two analog input channels are selected via a serial interface.

Users can utilize an externally driven self-test pin (ST) to verify the functionality of this accelerometer.

ADIS16003 are available in 7.2 mm × 7.2 mm × 3.7 mm, 12-pin LGA packages.
