The ADIS16003 is a complete low cost, low power, dual axis accelerometer with integrated serialPeripheral interfaces(SPI)。 Integrated is also available on the SPI interfaceTemperature sensor。 The device measures full-scale acceleration over a range of ±1.7 g (minimum) and can measure both dynamic acceleration (vibration) and static acceleration (gravity).

The typical noise floor is 110 μg/√Hz, allowing signals below 1 mg (60 Hz bandwidth) to be resolved.

The bandwidth of the accelerometer uses the selectable capacitor C on the XFILT and YFILT pins_X and C_Y Set up. The selection of two analog input channels is controlled through the serial interface.

The user can verify the functionality of the accelerometer using an externally driven self-test pin (ST).

The ADIS16003 is available in 7.2 mm × 7.2 mm × 3.7 mm, 12-lead LGA packages.
