In data capture capture events, the internal clock drives the data sampling system without the need for an external clock source. The Data Capture capture feature features four different modes, offering many user-configurable triggering options. The manual mode allows the user to trigger data acquisition through software and hardware inputs. The automatic mode provides programmable cycle times to capture data. Event capture mode continuously samples data to check for programmable trigger conditions and captures data when it does. In extended mode, data capture is three times higher on a single axis than in normal mode.
ADIS16223 also offers digital temperature sensors, digital power measurements, and peak output capture.
ADIS16223 is available in 15 mm × 15 mm × 15 mm module packages with threaded holes for #10-32 bolt mounting. Dual rows of 1 mm, 14-pin flexible connectors make user interface and installation simple. The operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C.
