Digital vibration sensor system, set industry-leading
iMEMS® detection technology is integrated with signal processing, data capture, and a convenient SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) port. The SPI and data buffer structure provides easy access to wide-bandwidth sensor data. The 22 kHz sensor resonance and 72.9 kSPS sample rate provide frequency response for most machine health detection applications. Programmable digital filters are available in low-pass and band-pass configurations.
In a data capture capture event, the internal clock drives the data sampling system, eliminating the need for an external clock source. The data capture feature has four different modes with many user-configurable trigger options. Manual mode allows the user to trigger data acquisition via software and hardware inputs. Auto mode provides programmable cycle times to capture data. Event capture mode continuously samples data, checks for programmable trigger conditions, and captures data once they occur. In extended mode, the single-axis captures three times more data than in normal mode.
The ADIS16223 also provides a digital temperature sensor, digital power supply measurement, and peak output capture.
The ADIS16223 is available in a 15 mm × 15 mm × 15 mm module package with threaded holes for #10-32 bolt mounting. Dual-row 1 mm, 14-pin flexible connectors make user interface and installation easy. The operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C.
