ADL5330ACPZ

Variable gain amplifier

ADL5330 is a wideband voltage variable gain amplifier rated for 10 MHz to 3 GHz. The device can provide precision linear dB gain control over the 60 dB range with an attenuation of about -40 dB and a gain of about +20 dB. When setting the gain or attenuation in the 60 dB range, a gain control input voltage of 0 to 1.4 V is required. ADL5330 provide high linearity output power, making it an ideal solution for transmitting signal paths for wireless infrastructure. ADL5330 is available in a 24-pin LFCSP package and is rated for a temperature range of –40°C to +85°C.
