Product Details:

ADM3052 create an isolated interface between the CAN protocol controller and the physical layer bus. It can operate at a data rate of up to 1Mbps.

The device's bus pins (V+, V−, CANH, and CANL) have integrated wiring error protection.

The device features current limiting and thermal shutdown to prevent output shorts and bus shorts to ground or power pins. The temperature range is rated for the industrial temperature range and is available in a 16-pin, wide-body SOIC package.
