ADM3101E是一款高速、单通道RS-232/V.28收发器接口器件，采用3.3 V单电源供电。低功耗使它非常适合电池供电的便携式仪表。

ADM3101E符合EIA/TIA-232E和CCITT V.28规范，数据速率最高可达460 kbps。

所有RS-232(TOUT和 RIN) 和 CMOS (TIN和 ROUT) 输入及输出均提供静电放电保护（最高±15 kV ESD保护）。

Because the input/output pins provide ± 15 kV ESD protection, the device is ideal for operation in electrically harsh environments or applications where RS-232 cables need to be plugged and unplugged frequently.

The voltage doubler/inverter uses four 0.1 μF external charge pump capacitors, which allows the device to operate from a single 3.3 V supply.

ADM3101E采用12引脚LFCSP封装，额定温度范围为−40°C至+85°C。
