No need to use a separate isolated DC-DC converter. ADI's chip-level transformer iCoupler® technology can be used simultaneously to isolate logic signals and integrated DC-DC converters, enabling the device to provide a comprehensive isolation solution.

ADM3251E complies with the EIA-232E specification and offers data rates up to 460 kbps.

The voltage multiplier/inverter uses four external 0.1 μF charge pump capacitors, allowing the device to be powered by a single 5 V power supply.

ADM3251E offers a 20-pin, wide-body SOIC package with a rated temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
